  the viability of wind investment in Nebraska
• Educate Nebraska landowners and investors
  on wind development opportunities
• Quickly and strategically develop a new
  and balanced plan and model for wind
  energy export, encouraging private
  investment and preserving Public Power
• Promote wind energy export through
  public relations and media campaign
• Develop economic models (addressing
  costs, revenues & taxes) for export of
  wind-generated energy
• Advocate for legislative change to foster wind development

Long-term Objectives

• Help establish local farmer-rancher associations to negotiate development deals
• Provide local association with continuing economic, engineering, educational, environmental, legal and regulatory resources
• Continued collaboration with agri-business associations to advocate for policies to foster wind energy development and profit opportunities
• Ongoing promotion of wind energy export development
• Coordinate partnerships between landowners and investors and lenders
• Establish relationships with principled and quality developers
